Requested item is not visible in the related list of request.

Hi,
I have requirement that we have to create a seperate module to show the all requests which are created by a XYZ group. I have a created module and i have created a custom role. I have assigned that role to that XYZ group. However the module is showing the requests which are created by the XYZ group but in the service request related list it is not showing the requested items. As an admin i'm able to see the requested items in the request, but when i i'mpersonated with other members of that group no can see the requested items.
Any suggestions please?

Seems some other ACL blocking this. Need to check ACL on that mate.

There is one ACL which is restricting and it has the role sn_internal_read. So please tell me providing role to group or can we give the access to XYZ group through script section in the ACL.
Which one is best approach?
