Show additional info of change request approvals on service portal 'My Approval' widget. Please help

Hi Experts,

There is an 'My Approvals' widget on Service portal which shows all the pending approvals of the currently loggedin user from different tables. When I click on a specific approval, it will show details like below.

I want to add two more fields for the change request underneath requested for, could you please tell me how to achieve it?
