I have tried to download the stuff from the same link & it is opening as XML file, but I have no clue about how to use it.

It would be great if you guide me with steps in detail how exactly I need to use this file with Service now?

Hi @subopuro_123 ,

in navigation type 'Retrieved Update Sets' and scroll down you can able to see on related list called 'Import Update Set from XML' click on that upload the xml you downloaded then open the record that uploaded recently then click on preview update set and followed by commit update set then you can use that features in your instance.
