Hello everyone,
Has anyone encountered a requirement to remove the "New" button from the list when an agent clicks on any widget in the "Overivew" dashboard in the Service Operations workspace?
Please find the attached screenshot for reference.
Please let me know is there any option to hide the "New" from here. Thank you!

Logic is same, take for example SOW Workspace
On click of Monitored services, you get related list
If requirement is to hide 'Service dashboard' button, go to sys_declarative_action_assignment table and look for the button name
Locate the record and make it inactive
When you try in Workspace, the button is not visible
I hope you appreciate the efforts to provide you with detailed information. If my response helped to guide you or answer your query, please mark it helpful & accept the solution.
Thanks,
Bhuvan

Hi Bhuvan,
Thanks for taking the time to review and provide your inputs.
The links you shared point to Workspace lists. I am looking to hide the new button in the list that will display when we click on a widget in the "overview" dashboard.
Thank you!
Regards,
Brahma
