How to remove a message from chat window in agent workspace

Hi Team, 

 

In a chat window users are presented with the message "Your expected wait time is about 1 minute" when they initiated a chat and choose to connect with live agent.

 

We would like to remove the message, can anyone please let us know is there anyway to do the same?. 

 

Please note we are using agent chat and no virtual agent and virtual agent lite has been configured.

If you follow - https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-servicenow-platform/page/administer/conversational-inte... there is a setting "Live chat wait status". You can try setting it to "none"

You should be able to browse directly to this via  URL https://[your-instance].service-now.com/now/conversation/settings/agent-chat
