How to Show the declarative action only on Service operation workspace

Hello Team,

I have created one Declarative action for incident table i want to show that declarative action only on Service operation workspace.

If i check the checkbox Enable for all configurable workspaces it is visible in my Service operation workspace otherwise it is not visible in Service operation workspace.
I want it to only show in Service operation workspace how to achieve it?

tried that but no luck 

I have observed in the form layout that there is a field called experience restricted it is in the advanced view but it is not showing up i doubt this might help.

I have already answered, it is possible using view only.

SOW open the incident in service operations workspace view or service operations workspace new view (for new incidents) , all other workspace open the incident in different views (like agent workspace view).

So If you select the SOW view in you declarative action, it will only show on SZOW.

it is not showing that is the issue even if i select service operation workspace it doesn't show in workspace

Did you try in incognito/ clearing browser or instance cache?

Also what is the configuration in your specify client action?
