Incident Management dashboard on SOW workspace doesn't redirect the records correctly

Hi Community,

After adding OOB "Incident Management" dashboard on SOW workspace, the filtered report records are not redirecting to the native UI.
When I click on the records, there is no redirection happening.

 

Appreciate any help on this.

so when you click the incident, it remains as is? 😮

OOTB it opens that list in bottom only.

If you want to open in new workspace tab then check this link and solution from Vikram

Thanks a lot for the response. When I tried to test the same report from homepage of SOW, I see the list opens at the bottom of the same page but it is not applying the correct filter. It shows all "incidents" and displays "undefined".

Please note I have selected on  report "Incidents created (by priority)"

Any thoughts on how to fix this, to filter the correct records?

When I select any record from this list, it opens the record within the workspace itself.

the filter should remain the same.
