The Learning section in Service Operations Workspace is part of the Learning/Coaching feature. It’s basically there to give agents quick access to training or coaching material right inside SOW, things like courses, learning paths, or recommended content.
What it does: Helps with onboarding and continuous skill development without leaving the workspace.
Why it’s there: To keep learning close to day-to-day work and encourage adoption.
Can it be customized? You can control what content shows up by configuring the Learning/Coaching module (e.g. what’s published or assigned). If you want to change how the section itself looks or behaves, that usually means tweaking it in Workspace / UI Builder, or replacing it with your own component.
