Need to Show requester Information in CSM/FSM Configurable Information

Hello Team,
In "Service operations Workspace",we have requester Information to show information of "Opened for".
We want same functionality in CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace. Any help will be appreciated.

I just checked on my OOB CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace and when I open a case, I have the contact information in the side bar. What exactly are you looking for?

@Mark Manders I need "Requester Information" icon and details for interaction.
In CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace, I am not able to see Requester information icon in right hand side and it is visible for interaction record in "Service Operations Workspace". When click on that icon it shows information of opened for.
