Hi, I am new to SOW and I wonder how to manage UI Actions here. In the UI16 view, the reference field has the 'New' button, however, when you try to open it in SOW, it does not show up.

It seems new button on the reference icon modal is not supported in workspaces, found similar question here https://www.servicenow.com/community/itsm-forum/how-to-enable-new-button-in-reference-fields-in-agen...

Steps:
- Open a Problem ticket in SOW
- Under Analysis, a reference field 'Primary Known Error article' should be called available.
- If the field is not visible, need to activate the plugin Problem Management Best Practice — Madrid (com.snc.best_practice.problem.madrid''
