Reference field preview in the Service Operations Workspace

Hello, in the platform view, for reference fields the sys_pop view is displayed when hovering or clicking the "i" icon.

 

In the service operations workspace, the reference icon opens the referenced record in a new tab instead of previewing it in a pop-up. It happens for all reference fields.

 

I could not find anywhere mentioning a way to configure/change this behavior and have the same as we have in the platform view, and that's what im looking for. Thanks in advance.

Hi, so this will be available in the Washincton DC release?

Looks like this wasn't added to the Washington release? Did any one figure out how to achieve this?

service operation workspace 5.0 version(should release in May24) with compatible release(WD/Xanadu)
