Trouble Registering for Service Operations Workspace Academy Live on SN event

I am going to this link https://info.servicenow.com/LiveOnServiceNow-ITSM?cid=losn:com and I am checking the box for Service Operations Workspace Academy (Monthly Webinars) and filling out the form and submitting it.  It goes to the next page that says thank you for registering, but I never get an email/calendar invite to this event.  I have tried this several times over the past couple of weeks.  I am signed up for other events on that page, just not that specific one.  Our agency is adopting this product and I want to learn more about it.  Please assist.  Thanks!
