When viewing a Walk-up Interaction in Service Operations Workspace I'd like to be able to see the Requester Information, just like I can when viewing an Interaction type of Phone in SOW. I would be fine with being able to not have a difference between a type of Phone or Walk-Up if it were all or nothing.
