Visualization on Custom Configurable Workspace Landing Page

On the Service Operations Workspace (SOW) Landing page there is a widget for Incident SLAs. We like that representation and would like to use it on a custom Workspace Landing page developed by our vendor.

 

However, they are stating that the visualization , as it appears on the SOW page (to sort my SLA), cannot be reproduced on a custom built Configurable Workspace page.

Can anyone confirm this is true or not? If it is not true, can you provide the info/settings to duplicate this visual (sort by SLA).

If your vendor is stating it is not possible, it is likely due to a lack of familiarity with UI Builder or a misunderstanding about widget scope. ServiceNow’s own tutorials and community frequently cite that any prebuilt SOW widget can be recreated in a custom workspace, though it sometimes takes some configuration effort.
