Do UI actions work for a request

Im currently testing a UI action in SOW for request and it will not show on the form at all. However if i switch the table on the ui action to incident it appears straight away. Is there a reason?

A UI Action is mapped to a specific table, so it primarily works on the same table it is associated with.

Yeah the table is set to sc_request but it wont show. There is no conditions set

For UI action to be seen in SOW these checkboxes should be true

For that button to see on normal native Form either of these checkboxes need to be selected
