while creating the records in CI, getting below error. we did not see support group field there. to fill itci record.png

 If there is a data policy making that field mandatory and you want to manually create CIs, you will need to update the form to add the support_group field to the form so you can set it.

You need to fill the support group as well, if that is not available on form, please get it on form, via Configure - Form Layout.
