Is it possible to hide the visibility of the Knowledge Bases from the Knowledge Base home page based on roles or other conditions?

Yes. There is a related list at the bottom of the knowledge base definition labeled "Can Read". This is a list of user criteria that you can define based on roles and other criteria.

Hi Chuck,
I need to hide Knowledge bases in "Search Knowledge" area within Incidents but it should visible on the Knowledge Homepage. When I tried with "Can't read user criteria", it got hidden in both Homepage and incident Knowledge Search.
Please assist on it.
