How can I view a PDF inside a KB article?

I would like to use the ton of PDF documents as KB articles without having to download and open the PDF separately.
PDF player inside KB or
Convert the PDF to ??

Actually It's not working in Production only in Dev
When I promoted the update set to Prod it only works for Admin not anyone else. I have been working on this issue ever since and am at an impasse…. Any ideas? We really need this.

Hi Cory,
It sounds like you may have some differences between your prod and dev environments that might not be allowing this to work. This might take some troubleshooting to determine the differences between your environments if it's working in dev and not working in prod. My suggestion would be to look at the last date your dev environment was cloned from your prod environment and check which enhancements were submitted between that date and now. One of those enhancements must be negatively impacting your ability to push this enhancement into prod.
If you can't identify the cause of the issue, I'd suggest requesting assistance from ServiceNow Support via HI or phone.

you may want to check to make sure that the permissions are set properly for the attachments for non-admin users.

I removed the submission workflow and it appears to work now...
