In the HI Service Portal, I accidentally added the same user twice. I see that I can deactivate a user but is there any way to delete or modify the duplicates or correct a mispelled name?

Hi Brian,
If this is related to HI, you might want to work directly with customer support on it.
Normally I would say you can modify the first and last names like any other sys_user record, but if ACLs preclude you from doing that, enlist support.

Hello Brain,
Do you want to change only the name (first or last name) of your user in the HI Service Portal?
If so, then log into the target user account via the respective credentials (username and password) and go to My Profile.
Then click on the First / Last Name and change them. For references - refer to the below screenshot:
You can change the Email there by following the same steps. Yet, I am not sure if changing the email will reflect in changing the UserID.
For it, it will best if you use the HI Help option for example and contact HI Support, as Chuck said.
