How to configure Overview tab in Service Operations Workspace

Hello Community,

I understand how to modify views in Service Operations Workspace, but I am unsure if and how the 'Overview' tab can be modified.

I have opened the page in UI builder but there does not appear to be any options to configure this.

I also checked UX Macro-components but could not find anything related to Overview.

I'm interested to understand 

  • Can it be modified
  • How can it be modified
  • What behaviour can be changed
  • What is Best Practice around modifications?

The configuration is on subpage Incident Overview SNC (read only) so you need to duplicate the variant to make changes.

I'm looking for information on how to make the donut clicks populate the table below it.  All cards work except for one we made for interactions.

How can you edit the filters of those cards.
What If I want to include 'Release' along with Incidents in the overview section, How can I achieve that?

Thank you!  I ended up getting this solved using a combo of this same link and trial/error. Since it was a custom table, the script include needed to be updated to include the mapping for the grouping of those interactions.
