How to configure the 'SC Category Page' Widget?

Hi, 

I am trying to configure the 'SC Category Page' Widget, at the moment the widget is showing nothing. Could I please have instructions of how to show a certain request category using this widget please?

Hi Lisa,

Do you have Catalog Categories and Items in that Catalog Categories? If not, then it is not going to display anything.

Yes I do, the widget seems to be working on another page but not the page I want it on. 

 

I have the category : Customer Request Services

Items: I have about ten items. 

 

Any idea on how I can get these to show?

Have you see this info on Hi?  Is this how your page is configured?
