Hi Community,
I am new to the ServiceNow Platform and to learn the overall system and especially the CMDB Platform. I am following a Linkedin course on ServiceNow basic administration. The course instructor has developed the New York release course and I have checked the New York release is not supported right now.
My main question is that I did not get the system administrator account when I signed up, rather than a normal user account. I just want to follow the course content step by step. Could the community experts kindly help me with how to get the system administrator account?
I am also unable to create new users on this instance??

Hi Bilal. I've found a way out for this.
Steps to help you :
1. Log in to the developer site - Login
2. On the rightmost corner of the screen below the header - you will be able to see a dropdown with your profile settings. Click on the dropdown.
3. Under Instance Actions > Change User Role > Admin > Click on button - Change User Role
4. Close this window and in the dropdown again - please click on Start Building
This will re-initiate the login and will have changed your user profile to Administrator rather than creator user. I'm confident that this will solve your query.
Hope this helps you.

Hi @MamataA
It may be a browser cache issue. Try clearing the cache and going through all the steps again as per Akshay's solution.

Hi @MamataA
The reason is now SN instance come with Next Experience and what you see earlier was UI 16. So dont worry , you are good to move forward.
