have you checked this properties "glide.knowman.enable_km_subscription" ?

your instance version? because i am on kingston and did not find this subscription button on knowledge homepage

Hello,

For the knowledge management subscription option we have plugin if the plugin is activated once then we can not deactivate that.

plugins:

com.snc.activity_subscriptions

com.snc.knowledge_advanced
