How to report on users within a user criteria

I see the function that allows me to list all the user criteria a specific user participates.  What about the reverse?  It would be nice to see when building out a user criteria what current users would participate within the criteria.  Thanks.

Hi,

There is no straight way to achieve this. Only solution which comes to my mind is building our own Util say for example.

Create a Script include where you will be passing the User Criteria Sys ID and list of Users. Within the Script Include validate each of the criteria like Roles, Groups etc.

It is hard to believe this is not a platform function but I suspect this is something I will need to build

Hi

Not sure, how deep you want to go, and how flexible your solution should be, but mainly, I used User Criteria for Catalog Items (and you can also use for the Knowledge Base).

I added a related List of the Catalog Items to the User Criteria Form, so that it was easy to identify, which Items are affected by the User Criteria.

Maybe that already solves your requirement.

Let me know if that answers your question, and mark my answer as correct and helpful, please.
