Hi Everyone,

I have 2 different instance of Snow and both have Quebec version but when i am opening Change -> Create New - i can see two different kind of UI, although both instance have nearly everything as same - Scope, Users etc and there is no way to change View as well but don't know why 2 different kind of Forms (UI) are loading? Moreover can't see Standard change in one of the UI. Stats info and both UI are attached herewith and i can't see any difference in stats. Anyone can throw some light on this issue?

Hi there,

I assume you mean ServiceNow and not Snow (Snow is something completely different!)

Anyway, what should we see from the pictures? I only see on one of the pictures the top of the Navigator, the other picture is completely scrolled down. So what should we see there, or what is it you want to show with that?

Also you highlighted the Application picker and Update Set picker. What should we see there, or what is it you want to show with that? Don't see anything strange there.

If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.

Kind regards,

So you mean the actual page shown which is different? And not the applications and modules?

The pictures are showing completely different pages (one is about an interceptor, the other is about sn_chg_model_ui_landing.do). If you open the same pages, what is shown then?

Ah oke. This might be due to enabled change model properties. Have you verified this?

See this page for the change model properties. Verify if these are the same on both instances.
For a fresh Quebec instance this will be enabled, while on an upgraded instance you do need to do this yourself. This could already be the difference.

Just also confirmed the documentation with my PDI. These are indeed the properties which make this difference.
