Hello,
Edit: Solution is already found. In addition, you can increase the number of articles displayed in the Featured Content block by modifying the property: glide.knowman.content_block_limit. By default it is set to 5.
We've been cleaning our KB and wanted to include the necessary articles in the Featured Content.
I've included 6 KB articles to test:
But only 3 are displaying:
We are using OOB knowledge. Is there any other configuration needed?
Thank you in advance.

Hello JR,
I raised the issue to HI ServiceNow - found out that some of the added articles had past "valid to" dates.
Solution is to ensure that the article is in Published state and that the "valid to" date is in the future.
Hope this helps!

Hi Alison,
I tried to reproduce the same in my PDI but it's working fine for me. I am currently using Orlando Patch3. Which version of ServiceNow you are using?
Also check out the article state, maybe it's now showing because it retired!!
Thanks
Santosh

Hello Santosh,
We're currently in New York patch 7b.
Article states are all in Published state and only 1/6 has a "Can Read" value (also not showing in the featured content).
Thanks!
