I understand how to link an external source to a KB article but I need to link one KB article to another KB article. Does the knowledge base module have this capability?
The only thing I found was attaching an external file to the KB article and I have a couple of other people get the same results.

I have figure out one way to hyperlink one knowledge base article with another. It is a little tedious but it works... so far. It should work for any browser that one uses.
Here is the way I got this to work: The instructions start with one already having a web browser open, logged into Service-Now, and in the Knowledge base module:
1.Right-click on the KB article you want to link and open in another tab. Highlight and copy that URL.
2.Go back to the original Service-Now window and select the knowledge base you want this article to be linked to. (In Edit mode.)
3.Highlight the word or path (ex. VPN) and then click the hyperlink icon.
4.Paste the URL into the first field
5.Type in a title for the link. (Optional)
6.From the pull down select New Window (_blank).
7.Click OK.
8.When you're in edit mode, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on View Article.
9.The item you highlighted is now a blue hyperlink. Click on the link. It should open another tab and open the link.

That I can't answer. I am just a user creating KB articles for my company. I know there has to be or should be another way. This is the only way I found to get the URL to link or copy into the first article. If you have multiple KB article referring to one in particular, you may just put the title of the KB article and which box/section it is located in. The other fear when linking to articles like this is you have to be careful what you link to the other for security reasons. Its very important that you select items in the "ROLES" field. If you leave this field "Blank", with no items in it, it becomes public. In other words, if I decide to search for a knowledge base it may pick your KC article as one of my search results. At least that's what I have been told by my administrator and one of the SNC Wiki articles I have read.
