Localization - Catalog Item translation

Hello 

 We are trying to translate many catalog items used for HRSD HR Services.   I followed the following steps and find all language are disabled after clicking "Request Translation" button.   

Request translations for a Service Catalog item (servicenow.com)

 

I really like to find out how to enable each language.

Hi,

Please see this thread and the reply from Alex (you'll have to scroll down some). It's explained that you'll need to access the Localization Framework > Settings menu option and set it up for the language/record in question: https://www.servicenow.com/community/itsm-forum/i-am-getting-this-message-quot-languages-without-loc...

@Allen Andreas, indeed it's missing a "settings" entry either for that specific "artifact" or all to guide the Framework what to do with what languages,

Hi Alex,

I have watched your amazing video -Platform Academy #30 - February 16, 2023 - Introduction to Platform Internationalization.  It is great.  My question is how you configured to have a "Translation" button on Service Portal record below?
