This is probably the wrong area but, yesterday we upgraded our production instance from Istanbul to Kingston and everything went smoothly apart from the Mid Servers failing to upgrade. The Mid Servers are on devices which are shared for our Test and Development instances and naturally during testing these worked perfectly following upgrades. As it is the weekend I do not immediately have access to these servers - is there anything I can do from the Servicenow side to see what is happening and rectify this

No mid server was down as it was an incompatible version to the Servicenow instance
