How do I create a Net Promoter Score Survey? And also have it calculate the score? 

Apparently it's supported but I do not see this option in Survey Designer. I would think that this is different from numeric scale or image scale.

Nope, was looking more for an OOTB feature.

 

I answered my own question

  1. We would create an NPS Template.
  2. We would then attach that template to a survey
  3. Results are collected and NPS Score is calculated.

Where do we need to attach the NPS template created in Survey?

How did you get it to calculate the NPS and have it show on your scorecard? I'm tying to follow your instructions and added an NPS value column, but something seems to be missing. Thanks,
