I am currently working in Eureka and developing a Knowledge article that has three different scenarios. I don't want to create three different articles, if I don't have to. What I would like to do is be able to put quick links with in the document that when you click on the specific issue it takes you to a section in that KB with the answer and then provides a link to return to the top of the knowledge article again. Do you have any experience with the that and suggestions on how to do that?

When you save a knowledge article from the code view, <a id#...> tags are stripped out. We're on Geneva Patch 4 Hot Fix 6.

What my colleague Jim.Marchant states is correct. However, I did discover that if you're importing a Word file (which requires Geneva or better), you can create bookmarks and links to bookmarks within the file, and when imported those internal links work.
