"ServiceNow Administrators" group - how many members?

Our "ServiceNow Administrators" group can currently only accommodate 2 active members - is it possible to expand this number?

Thanks all, I've discovered that we have an unusual licensing situation which is why we are limited to 2 users in the ServiceNow Administrators group.
