Two Step Checkout on Service Portal

Is Two Step Checkout possible on the Service Portal? Ours works in Service Catalog but not Service Portal.

We are on London.

Properties: glide.sc.sp.twostep = true, glide.sc.checkout.twostep = true

Yet we see no order confirmation or two step checkout screen. Clicking Submit just submits.

Thanks for your response. Problem solved. On the SC Cat Item page we were using the "SC Catalog Item Deprecated" widget instead of "SC Catalog Item." Updated the widget and now we see the two-step popup.

If anyone could shed any light on differences between or impacts of switching between these two widgets, that would be helpful. Not sure why we had the Deprecated version in there.

Hello

Yes its definitely possible

You can enable the two-step checkout to specify a recipient, delivery address, and special instructions for an order.

About this task

To set up a two-step checkout process:

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog Policy > Properties.
  2. Locate the property Use the two step catalog checkout model (default false).
  3. Select the Yes check box to enable the two-step process.
  4. Locate the property Show the 'Back to Catalog' button on the two step checkout screen.
  5. Select the Yes check box to provide a button that navigates back to the catalog from the order confirmation screen (default). Clear the check box to hide the button.
