unable to access sys_flow_context table

unable to open the sys_flow_context table I'm getting error like below

I have gone through the ACL as well all are fine we will able to access previously post upgrade we are facing the issue

@Anil58 Check the value of property com.snc.process_flow.reporting.require_flow_access on your instance. If this is set to true then you may see this message despite being an admin.
