Update Record Action is not working in Flow Designer

Hi,

I am trying to cancel requested item when catalog task is set to cancelled from the flow designer as below, but this is not working. In executions, I do not see any output value. What might be issue here ? I am breaking my head since two days but couldn't able to figure it out. Please help me to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Hi Ankur,

I used look up record action as you suggested but still the issue is same. Flow was showing correct results at the closed condition, which means when the catalog task gets closed then the requested item state is updating as closed complete. But flow was not working properly at cancel condition. I have checked the cancelled value on the requested item field, the value is active. Please look at the screenshots

Hi Ankur, no update as of now, for time being we have created business rule as a workaround. We have raised case with ServiceNow, waiting for response from them. I will update here shortly once we received update from Snow team. Thank you.
