Howdy,
I am trying to use the user criteria to lock down two separate portals access to certain users, however despite the below documentation saying otherwise , I cannot see nor add to related list, the "who can view" and "who cannot view" user criteria options.
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/jakarta-servicenow-platform/page/build/service-portal/task/create-user-criteria-record.html
The above documentation says it should be available for pages, widgets etc. Yet I can't see it, nor even add it via configure > related list, as it is not available.
Is there some glide value I need to enable or something for this, I am on Kingston?

Did you install a plugin called "com.glide.service-portal.user-criteria"?
Once Installed you have to enable the property. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/jakarta-servicenow-platform/page/build/service-portal/task/activa...

We have both the plugin enabled and the system property but still the related lists don't appear on the sc_cat_item

Hi All,
I also need to activate the same plugin. Just wanted to confirm, it is free of cost right ?
Thanks,
Maddy
