Where are REST API call timeouts logged?

We are considering our REST Notification API request timeout value from 60 seconds to 120 seconds.  Before doing so, I would like to see how many of these inbound REST calls are hitting the 60 second timeout.  Is there a place in logs or the ECC queue where these timeouts are recorded?

There is something called as transaction log where you can see the response time of any transaction including Api's
