Why the tooltip doesn't work in Service Portal

Hi everyone,

I have added the tooltip to the approver field in the catalog, but the tooltip doesn't appear in the Service Portal when I hover the mouse over it. Why is it so and what changes should I make to get this done?

Hello,

It should work, otherwise you can use help text under Annotation tab as well, I just checked in my instance it is working fine.

Hi,

Thank you, I had the help-text too along with with the tooltip. Now, I've removed the help-text and the tooltip is working fine.
