Hi Team,
I have requested the PDI (Personal Developer Instance) from the Developer Portal using the Yokohama version to practice RPA capabilities. However, I’m encountering an issue during the process, as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Alternatively, if there’s another way to practice RPA capabilities in real-time, I’d appreciate your suggestions.
Thank you for your support.

Hi @HARIPRASADM ,
Unfortunately, the RPA plugin in ServiceNow is only available through the Store, and cannot be installed on Personal Developer Instances (PDIs) due to licensing and infrastructure limitations.
If you want to learn try dev instances of your org or watch youtube demos.
Mark this as helpful and correct if this helps.
Thanks.

Hi @YaswanthKurre,
Thanks a lot for the quick response!
Understood about the RPA plugin limitations on PDIs. I’d still like to explore as much as possible using a demo setup. Could you please guide me through the setup process for a PDI-based demo — including how to give access to the instance, and any steps involved in requesting plugin activation via the HI portal or other workarounds?
Appreciate your help!
