i created a flow designer and attached to catalog item, but once catalog item is submitted flow is not triggering.

Hi @wefw ,
Is your REQ getting approved? If not them make it auto approved so that your Flow will get trigger.

Hi @wefw
Please check if your flow is active and also see if it is attached properly in your service catalog ("Process Engine").
Also make sure that your flow and service catalog is in same application.
If all good but still facing the issue then share the snap shot of service catalog and Flow designer.

yes, My Request is waiting for Approval requested state. once we are approving Request then flow is triggering
