Request to Change CSA Exam Mode from Online to Onsite

Dear ServiceNow Certification Support Team,
I hope you're doing well.
I recently scheduled my Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam through the ServiceNow Certification Portal and mistakenly selected the online proctored option. I would prefer to take the exam onsite at a test center instead.
Could you please advise me on the process to reschedule or change the exam mode from online to onsite?
Here are my exam details:

Scheduled Exam Date & Time: August 2nd at 11:15 AM
I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed with this change.

Hi @SreeyahV at webassessor there is Help button in the top of the page or in the ServiceNow University there is help centre.
Try to contacting them and unless it is less than 24 hours, it shall be possible to change it with their assistance.
Keep me updated how it goes

There’s nothing to worry about. You've booked the exam for 2nd August, which still gives you time. It's best to cancel the exam now and rebook it properly. Just remember, an exam can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before the start time.
Please make the changes yourself—you can use the same voucher. Also, note that the community cannot help with changing the type of exam; you’ll need to do that on your own.
If you're still unsure, I recommend chatting directly with the Webassessor Support Team to get it resolved.
