ServiceNow® accelerates and assures digital transformation for communications service providers (CSPs) with unified visibility and automated workflows that improve experiences and unlock productivity for customers, employees, and operations. With the Rome release, CSPs are even more empowered to deliver digital workflows that connect customers, employees, and processes.
What’s new in Rome?
In Order Management for Telecommunications, we’ve added new features to improve customer satisfaction, improve agent productivity and accelerate time to revenue for CSPs including:
- In-flight change orders to reduce manual tasks and improve productivity
- Service order management to better manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a service order using automated workflows
- Order fallout to improve customer lifetime value with alerts and handoffs
- Order capture to enable a consistent experience across all products and services
In Telecommunications for Service Management, we’ve brought new features that help reduce cost to serve and streamline interoperability for CSPs including:
- Process optimization for telecommunications to deliver a data-driven approach for optimizing order management process workflows
- Trouble ticket open API, specifically TMF621 API, to further improve interoperability and reduce integration costs
