Hi, just want to know as how to set PONR for service orders. I suppose these will be set in Provide Journey orders and will be used by In-flight change/cancel orders, can someone please guide to the documentation / process for the same, thank you..!!

I think there is no difference between product order and service order to set up PONR, and this document might be helpful for you.

Hi @ashwajit_b ,
Setting of PONR is done by using an OOTB action available from the OMT application.
Action = Set PONR on Line Items under Top Line Item
Use this action in the Subflow to set the PONR flag against the OLI corresponding to the domain order (product or service or resource) based on your requirements.
PONR can be set in any journey, not just for Provide (which I presume you just quoted as an example).
