Dynamic translation language in virtual agent chat

I've activated the plugins and  configured using the below link steps:

I 've tried the translator configuration  serviceNow  but isn't working.

Any success on this?  I have the same issue.  I have Dynamic Translation working on Incidents, but not able to get it operational in Virtual Agent.
