Hi Team,
We have a requirement wherein we have different catalog task gets created.We need to show the Due Date of each task in the service portal in Submitted Request Page.Can you tell how to achieve this?

You need to configure your standard ticket config.
- From your left navigator, open 'Standard ticket configuration'
- Open the one with sc_req_item table.
- You can add all the details as required.
- To show all the catalog tasks due dates, you might need to add a new tab in the tab configurations
- Create a new tab of type 'Custom'
- You need to create a service portal widget and map that widget there.
