How can I change the order of overview, details and related records tabs on the incident record page, I need the order to be details, related record and then overview.

Hello,

 

Try the following:

1. Filter navigator -> type sys_ux_app_route.list.
2. Filter the app configuration field on "Service Operations Workspace"
4. Add an order column if not already there,
5. Search for the related tab (e.g. Overview) and change the order
6. Select Update
