I am working on removing the "Heres what you can do next" section from the virutal agent now assist response. The article linked below mentions setting "sn_nowassist_va.enable_suggested_actions" system property to false, but this is already set to false and I'm still seeing the section.
How can this section be removed?

I resolved this issue by removing the “Now Assist Multi-Turn Catalog Ordering” search source.
- Navigate to Virtual Agent Designer
- Go to Assistants tab
- Click edit button for the relevant assistant
- Go to Information Sources Tab
- Remove “Now Assist Multi-Turn Catalog Ordering” search source
- Clear system cache by typing “cache.do” in the application navigator & hit enter
- Mark as New

Please verify the system property value again:
sn_nowassist_va.enable_suggested_actions
Set the value to exactly "False", then clear the instance cache using cache.do and start a new Virtual Agent conversation.
Also make sure you are not testing in an old active chat session, because the previous session may still show cached behavior.
If you are using Agentic mode or Assistant Designer-based Now Assist, suggested actions behavior may be controlled differently, so check the assistant configuration as well.

1. Using cache.do in the navigation filter , clear the server cache.
- Clear your browser cache or test the chat in an incognito window to verify the update.
2. Check if any prompt are hard coded
Now Assist Admin > Generative AI > Prompt Templates

1. I have cleared instance cache and my browser history, tested in an incognitio window and I'm still running into the same issue.
2. I do not see Prompt templates, please let me know if I am missing something or in the wrong place. Thanks agian

Hi @ColeM
Raise a case to your Servicenow vendor (hi ticket) to get their support.
Just repair NowAssist plugin once and check if its working before log hi-ticket.
