Update a work order task bundle with any changes so that agents and dispatchers stay synchronized.

Before you begin

Role required: wm_dispatcher

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Field Service > Dispatching > Dispatcher Workspace.
  2. In the left panel, select the List icon (List icon.).
  3. Select My Bundles.
  4. Select the bundle that you want to change.
  5. Make your desired changes.

  6. Select Save.
