    To approve or reject a workplace request using your mobile device, you must have the Now® Mobile app.

    Role required: approver_user

    1. Navigate to a reservation approval task.
      ApplicationAction
      Now Mobile

      In the Now Mobile app, open a task from the My Tasks section.

      Approver tasks
    2. 옵션: Review the details of the request.
    3. Approve or reject the request by selecting Approve or Reject.
