Review email drafts

    Before you begin

    Role required: workspace_user

    Procedure

    1. Open a Workspace record in your instance.
    2. Work from the record page by selecting the Email tab in Compose.
    3. Work from a new workspace tab by selecting the pop out icon (pop out icon) in the Email tab.
    4. Note:
      Instead of a button to save email drafts manually, drafts save automatically.
      View your drafts by selecting the more options icon (more options icon) > View drafts.
    5. Discard drafts by selecting drafts in the Email drafts modal and selecting Delete.
    6. Create a new draft while saving your current draft automatically by selecting more options icon (more options icon) > Create new email
